This Privacy Policy is incorporated by reference into our Terms of Service.

"Personal Information" means information that, alone or combined with other information, can be used to identify, contact, or locate you, such as your name, address, email address, or phone number. 1. Account information. When you register, we collect your name, email address, and phone number, and any optional details you choose to add. We use this to manage your account and personalize your experience.
  2. Order information. When you place an order, we collect the items you buy and your pickup or delivery details, including your delivery address.
  3. Guest Checkout. If you check out as a guest, we collect your name, email address, and phone number. You may complete Guest Checkout using Google Pay, Apple Pay, or another mobile payment system.
  4. Age verification. We sell alcohol only to people 21 or older. We may ask you to confirm your date of birth, and we check a valid government-issued photo ID at pickup or delivery. We use this information only to verify your age and comply with alcohol laws.
  5. Payment information. Payment card details are entered directly with our third-party payment processors. We do not collect or store your full payment card details.
  6. Phone numbers and SMS opt-in. We collect your phone number only when you voluntarily provide it, for example during a transaction, an inquiry, or when you sign up for text messages. See Section 3 for our text messaging terms.
  7. Social sign-on. If you log in with a social media account such as Facebook, we receive the information you have made public there, such as your name and profile picture. With your permission, we may also receive other information, such as your birthday.
  8. Customer support. When you contact us, we collect the information you share. If you enable it on your mobile device, this may include your location; you may also enter your location manually.

Information collected automatically

  1. Location. If you share your location, we use it to tailor the Service and show the best available offers near you. We do not store your location unless you provide your address.
  2. Search history. We collect and store your searches on the Service for analytics, personalization, advertising, and marketing.
  3. Purchase history. We collect and store your purchases and purchase tendencies for analytics, product personalization, and advertising or marketing on the Service.
  4. Usage data. We collect app launches, taps, clicks, ads you have seen, and similar activity for analytics, product improvement, and personalization.
  5. Cookies, server logs, and similar technologies. When you visit the Service, we and our service providers record information from your browser, including your IP address, your preferences, and anonymous usage statistics. Cookies are small text files stored in your browser. Most browsers let you block or delete cookies, but parts of the Service may not work properly if you do.
